Terms of service

Agreement

By accessing or using Sovereign Fleet Concierge (the "Service"), a product offered by The Carfinity, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The service

The Service provides tools to help manage fleet operations, including records you choose to store (such as customers, vehicles, and contracts). Features may change over time. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts

Access is typically granted by an administrator. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify your administrator or support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.
• Upload malware or content you are not entitled to use.

Your data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant The Carfinity a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter.

Plans and access

Access may be subject to trial periods, subscriptions, or other arrangements defined by your organisation or The Carfinity. Features may be limited or suspended when access expires until renewed or extended.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Carfinity and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Termination

Your organisation or The Carfinity may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these terms or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) will survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the deployment of the Service and The Carfinity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or local rules apply.
